I was trying to edit my freeplay script for the L.A version but when i went to open the file it said windows does not reconize this file...any one know what program i need, and if so...where can i find it?

Just use Notepad.

Although I recommend you use Notepad2 or Notepad++ with .script extension configured as C++ since it will provide syntax marking and colourizing.

Comes with Windows. Look in your programs menu under "Accessories".

Oh and Notepad 2.

Does Notepad 2 even use the right markings? Although EM4 uses C++ it's a variation of it.

Facepalm - Apply directly to the forehead. If it isn't a Boeing, you shouldn't be going.

It is pure C++, but with removed functions. So you cannot natively connect to SQL... etc. Notepad2 will use the right markings yes, if you tell it to by default.
